Beau Boutique Cancellation Policy

Information for clients and patients regarding our Deposit/Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy. (Effective July 2020 onwards).

At Beau Boutique Salon, we always aim to be as accommodating as possible to our clients, however, due to the high volume and popularity of the treatments we offer, we do operate a formal Deposit/Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other clients.

We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment, without causing an issue for either salon diary, we will try to do so.

However, because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 48 hours, we have taken the decision to institute a 48-hour cancellation policy for all salon treatments

If we are closed or unable to answer please leave us a voice message or email: | depending on which location you are booked at, and a member of our front of house team will be happy to assist with your enquiry.

Where late cancellations are notified (including failing to attend without notification) with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will retain your deposit or deduct a treatment from a course of prepaid treatments.

Cancellations under any circumstances including sickness, COVID-19, or request to amend your appointment after this time frame will result in your full booking deposit being lost.

Deposits & Booking Fees

A deposit/booking fee will be taken when booking any treatment at Beau Boutique Ashford or Beau Boutique Tenterden.

This payment will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment so on the day, you will simply pay your balance upon completion of your appointment.

Consultation fees will be refunded if no treatment is able to go ahead due to medical grounds/contraindications decided by the practitioner or when a client provides a valid medical letter. Otherwise these fees will be redeemed against the proposed treatment plan booked as a result of the consultation.

You must notify us either via telephone or email (outside of opening hours) if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48-hours in order for your deposit to be rescheduled to a new appointment date. We will only move an appointment booking fee/deposit to a new date ONCE. Further rescheduling (regardless of notification period) to move the same booking repeatedly will result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit.

You can contact the Ashford salon regarding queries for appointments at the Tenterden salon if outside of their opening hours and our main front of house team based in Evegate will be able to assist you.

Appointment Reminders

We are here to help you manage your appointments and make sure you are reminded with enough notice

To help our clients minimise the chance of losing their deposit or treatments from their courses, we do send out text reminders a minimum of 48 hours ahead of appointments although occasionally, due to technical circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible and clients should therefore not rely on a text reminder.

We also send out email reminders 3-4 days prior to all appointments to allow clients fair warning in case rescheduling is required.

Deposits & Booking Fees for Semi-Permanent Make-Up

Please note carefully that there are some differences in the booking terms and fees in relation to SPMU appointments

All appointments for semi-permanent make-up at Beau Boutique require a non-refundable booking fee at the time of making a booking to secure your appointment.

We require one weeks notice in order to reschedule an SPMU appointment or the non-refundable booking fee will be lost and another will be required to secure a new appointment. The booking fee/deposit is non-refundable – no exceptions.

If you do have to cancel last minute or are going to be late on the day of your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the salon via telephone as soon as possible as you may loose your time slot as Charmaine works on a tight schedule.

Last minute SPMU cancelations (72 hours to appointment) may result in a fee of the treatment cost being taken due to leaving large gaps in the diary that cannot be re-filled in time.

You can only reschedule an appointment once with a weeks notice because multiple movement of appointments may result in an extra charge if this is outside the recommended time frame for review sessions and yearly top ups (particularly with the 4-week retouch appointment).

If you have not attended the retouch appointment included with your first SPMU brow procedure within six weeks of the initial appointment you may incur an additional charge as your retouch will have gone past the recommended time frame and consequently, will then require a longer appointment time.

Treatment Courses & Packages

Some important information when you are on a time contingent course or package of treatments

At Beau Boutique, we want all of our clients to get the very best results are therefore 100% committed to providing and creating the very best treatment plans for individual needs.

All treatment courses must be paid in full prior to starting your treatments and for the best results, all treatment courses have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase and must be fully redeemed prior to the expiry date or will be invalid. 

Unless you can provide a medical letter to support the extension of any treatment courses.

We have a no refund policy on all treatments and products due to the carefully structured nature of treatment course intervals.

Soprano laser hair removal requires carefully calculated intervals between treatment sessions in order to achieve the optimum results so failure to attend a scheduled session (or reschedule within a close proximity to the originally booked date as advised by your practitioner) may have a direct affect on results and in turn require additional sessions to be purchased at  the conclusion of the course.
